Product availability, grading specifications, and commodity pricing fluctuate based on market dynamics and are finalized only through formal, signed commercial invoices.

2. Inquiry and Quotation Framework

Submitting a 'Request a Quote' form does not constitute a legally binding purchasing agreement or contract. All official offers, pricing, and volume commitments will be issued explicitly via a formal Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract containing comprehensive itemized specifications.

3. Standard Global Trade & Payment Terms

Unless explicitly negotiated and detailed differently in a signed commercial agreement, all international transactions executed by JS OVERSEAS adhere to standard global trade parameters:

• Incoterms: Transactions are governed under standard ICC Incoterms, primarily FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), or CFR (Cost & Freight) as selected during contract finalization.
• Payment Security: To ensure transaction transparency, all payments must be routed through secure institutional banking channels. We strictly accept standard international mechanisms, including verified Bank Wire Transfers (T/T) or mutually accepted Letters of Credit (LC) at Sight, aligned completely with global banking guidelines.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Coordination

JS OVERSEAS acts in full alignment with Indian export authorities, including the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), APEDA, MPEDA, TEXPROCIL, and FSSAI. While we perform stringent quality coordination, checking, and grading according to buyer specifications before cargo dispatch, final product acceptance and customs clearance liabilities at the destination port remain subject to the terms agreed upon in the primary bilateral sales contract.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Jurisdiction
